First thing I want to say about Pennyhills is it gave me a kick start to my career. I learned a lot here. The environment is positive in Pennyhills and the managers are very supportive. The whole team is very collaborative and helpful. Everyone helps each other. The higher authorities are very chill. Even the team meeting are interactive. You will get feedback everyday about you which is quite good. Also there is a proper work life balance. This organisation helps each other grow. We celebrate each and every festival. Also we have our team lunch for more interaction.
