Your 60-Second Pitch
We’re all about Keeping it Simple and being authentic. We don’t want a five-page essay, we want to see your spark.

To apply, we want you to send us a 60-second intro video. This is your time to shine! Don’t overthink it; just grab your phone, hit record, and tell us:
- Who are you?
- Which of our values speaks to you most? (e.g., Lifelong Learning?)
- The Pet Tax: Are you Team Dog, Team Cat, or just a general animal lover? (We’re a pet-friendly bunch, so we need to know you’re cool with some fur and four-legged teammates!)
How to Submit:
- Film your 60-second masterpiece (Portrait mode is perfect!).
- Email us a link (WeTransfer/Google Drive/Loom) to careers@pennyhills.com
- Attach a simple CV so we have your details on file.
- Subject Line: “My 60-Second Pitch – [Your Name]”

Be Your Authentic Self
Our value “Keep it Simple” applies here! You don’t need a suit or a professional studio. Just find a quiet spot with decent lighting and be yourself. Whether you’re high-energy or more chill, I want to see the real you.
Pick Your Value
In 30 seconds, you can’t cover everything. Pick one of our values like Diversity, Integrity, or Celebrate Life and tell me why it matters to you.
Example: “I really value Trust because I think being a reliable teammate is the most important part of a small team.”
Audio is Everything
I want to hear your story! Make sure you aren’t competing with loud background noise. If I can hear your voice clearly, you’re halfway there.
Don’t Stress the Perfection
If you stumble on a word, just keep going! It shows Integrity and realness. We value the Courage it takes to just hit record.
Pro-Tip
If you have a dog or cat of your own, feel free to include them in the video! We love to Celebrate Life in all its forms, and meeting your pet is the ultimate icebreaker for our team.
