It is a 3 year structured training programme combining exams, ethics, practical work experience and professional development, to support your application for full membership with the Institute of Chartered Accountants England and Wales (ACA) or the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

No all Exam fees and tuition is fully paid for by the firm.
Yes, the firm will provide study leave for tuition and for exams in addition to your holiday entitlement.
Training towards a Chartered accountancy qualification is challenging but very rewarding also. Balancing work pressure with studying for exams, is demanding. Pennyhills aims to provide a supportive environment, which is caring and nurturing, here to help you succeed.
Yes as part of either the ACA or the ACCA training contract, you will be assigned a mentor to help you set training goals, appraise and record them and receive regular feedback. So you aer not repeating the same mistakes and moving onwards and upwards.
As an authorised training employer, over 3 years, we will provide training across all aspects of accountancy, taxation and business advisory, from the ground up. No prior experience is required. We will train you to a fully qualified accountant.
