The Role
We are seeking a reliable and tech-savvy IT professional to join our team on a contract basis. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems, providing expert support, and implementing solutions to improve efficiency and security. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on solving problems and enjoys taking ownership of their work.
Key Responsibilities
Providing on-site and remote IT support to staff.
Managing and maintaining network infrastructure and hardware.
Implementing and monitoring security protocols.
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues promptly.
Recommending and deploying new technologies to optimise our operations.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a candidate with a strong track record as an IT professional and a proactive, problem-solving mindset. You should be a clear communicator, capable of working independently and as part of a team. You must also have proven experience with the following technologies and areas:
Python, Java, C++, HubSpot, Zapier, AI Applications, Canva
